Yes. GIZNT chargers are compatible with 99.9% of EV models including Tesla, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, VW, Ford, Nissan, Renault, Mercedes, and Audi. Tesla vehicles may require a Type 2 to Tesla adapter in some markets.

Portable chargers (3.5kW-11kW) are compact, lightweight, and designed to be carried in your vehicle for charging anywhere there's a compatible outlet. Wall-mounted chargers (7kW-22kW) are permanently installed at home for daily charging and offer faster speeds plus smart features like WiFi control, RFID access, and OCPP support.

All GIZNT chargers are CE and FCC certified with IP65 (portable) or IP55 (wall-mounted) weather protection. They feature IK10 impact-resistant housing and operate reliably from -30�C to 60�C.

Yes. All GIZNT wall-mounted chargers feature WiFi connectivity with smartphone app control. You can schedule charging sessions, monitor energy usage, receive notifications, and manage access. Portable models also offer WiFi connectivity.

GIZNT chargers come with a standard manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact our support team for specific warranty terms applicable to your region and model.

Charging time depends on your vehicle's battery size and the charger power. As a guide: a 3.5kW charger adds approximately 15-20km of range per hour, 7kW adds 35-45km/h, 11kW adds 55-70km/h, and 22kW adds 110-130km/h. Most EVs charge fully overnight with a 7kW or higher charger.

Professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended for all wall-mounted chargers. The unit mounts easily with the included bracket but requires connection to your home's electrical system. Always consult a qualified professional for installation.

GIZNT chargers are available with Type 2 connectors (standard for European and most international markets). GBT connectors are available for the Chinese market. Contact us for Type 1 or NEMA connector options.

GIZNT chargers include comprehensive protection: Type B RCD 30mA + DC 6mA leakage protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and surge protection. All models are IP65/IP55 rated for outdoor use.
