At GIZNT, we stand behind the quality of our EV chargers. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at giznt11@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.

For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window, please contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase.
